With fifteen years of quality assurance experience working for a Fortune 500 company the transition to becoming an independent appraiser was smooth. Having extensive experience with monitoring, inspecting and trending in previous roles has created an appraiser who produces credible results. Guilliaume specializes in training and enjoys educating others on valuation progressive systems and applications, including market analysis, pre-listing appraisals and organizational best practices. Guilliaume is a dynamic force in leadership as a civilian and Lieutenant in the military. He uses his positive demeanor and uplifting energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Guilliaume is inspired daily by his wife and their two four-legged kids. In his free time, Guilliaume likes to read, run and bowl.
